This role sits directly within the Propositions Development team, part of the brilliant Product & Propositions team. We’re a close knit, multidisciplinary team with teamwork at the very heart of everything we do. You’ll also be working closely with the Energy team in this role, giving you incredible experience in the early development of domestic energy flexibility propositions in the UK. There will be opportunity to support in the design and development of innovative consumer centric propositions.

 

This role in a nutshell:

You’ll be working directly on Crowdflex - OVO is working with National Grid ESO to drive the understanding of domestic flexibility as a key resource in the management of a Net Zero Energy System. We will be helping ESO to define the next generation of tools used to manage the electricity grid. 

As the Flex Propositions Executive on Crowdflex, you’ll be responsible for the design and development of multiple customer trials, working in collaboration with a consortium of stakeholders both internally and externally. You’ll demonstrate a real understanding of the needs of the customer to build customer centric and brand enhancing propositions that will drive long-term behaviour change.

You’ll use your customer focus and creative thinking to own the design of these propositions, taking ownership and being the voice of the customer in the project. You’ll use your expertise to create a frictionless customer experience and go to market strategy. 

Love of planning to ensure quality and deadlines are achieved by teams across the business; coordinating work-streams and interdependencies across a whole range of subject areas. You’ll be the ultimate problem-solving maestro, making sure everything flows like a smooth, well-oiled machine.

 

Your key outcomes will be:

  • Ownership. Taking full ownership of the propositions you design and develop, becoming the expert within the business and providing updates to senior team members across the business through a variety of forums
  • Voice of the customer. Always making customer-focused decisions and bringing the voice of the customer into the room
  • Communication. Using your strong communication and influencing skills, and ability to communicate at a senior level.
  • Customer experience. Design and be accountable for providing excellent customer experience across all journeys and processes
  • Stakeholder Love. Collaborating closely with both internal and external collaborators and cross-functionally. You’ll be bringing inspiring key stakeholders with your passion and knowledge whilst provoking thought and challenge where needed 
  • Problem solving. Thinking creatively, using your analytical skills and ability to quickly interpret and synthesise information into clear and concise recommendations. With an agility of thought you’ll bring clarity & insight to complex situations and challenges
  • Innovation. Ability to interpret customer and market insights to shape customer centric propositions

We’ll pay you between £34,000 and £44,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
