This position is a hybrid in-office role reporting onsite to our Athens, GA contact center at least 4 days per week. Depending on business needs, there may be times throughout the year where we may require more or less days on site.

This individual will also help to support our virtual recruiting efforts across the country when needed. What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for full life cycle, high volume recruitment for Wayfair’s contact centers, enforcing our recruiting policies and procedures to provide a top tier candidate experience.  
  • Act as partner, consultant, and adviser to our stakeholders and cross functional partners by developing and executing on strategies to recruit top talent in a highly competitive market
  • Owns execution of the full cycle recruiting process for high volume hourly contact center positions.
  • Will own cost effective sourcing strategies and activities to help ensure a ready-to-hire pipeline at all times.
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruiting process, including pre-qualifying & interviewing candidates, often making the hiring decision, and driving the offer and onboarding process
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
  • Operate cross functionally and collaboratively in a culture of continuous improvement  

What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in an innovative and fast paced environment 
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency to drive recruiting results and deliver for the business, while also effectively working together as part of a team in person, and with peer
  • Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to understand levels of priority and appropriately prioritize your workload
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going community partner relationship management
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with candidates, managers, and varying levels of stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (100% fluent)
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Familiarity and comfort within a data driven environment
  • Analyze and use metrics to guide decision-making and process improvements

What Are Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 1+ years of high volume recruitment (or previous sales) experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous CTS / ATS experience
