What's the opportunity? 🤔

Recruiting is a key driver to Intercom’s success. As a Recruiting Operations Coordinator at Intercom, you’ll act as a first impression for the company and partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an optimal recruiter & candidate interview experience. This position will support our global team to efficiently navigate complex scheduling requests and last-minute changes. In addition to interview coordination, this position will be responsible for general recruiting systems support and other operational tasks. We currently operate in a hybrid working model and this person will be expected to be in the office in San Francisco at least 2 days a week.

What will I be doing? 🚀
  • Candidate experience: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. 
  • Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, including candidate communication, interview panel coordination, and room booking. Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Greenhouse (ATS) Super User: System maintenance, updating candidate & job records, offer & email template maintenance and auditing jobs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the recruiter & candidate experience and scheduling efficiencies
  • Integrate system enhancements to existing recruiting processes
  • Partner closely with operations teams on candidate and new hire audits to ensure smooth onboarding experience
  • Represent Intercom’s mission, vision, and values with integrity and professionalism
What skills do I need? 📖
  • 2+ years of Recruiting related experience
  • Comfortable with Greenhouse ATS & Goodtime scheduling. Experience working in an environment with Workday integrations in place
  • Team player with a sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), exemplary customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and adapt to a fluid, high-growth environment
  • Values and respects confidentiality

*Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $66,400 - $89,800. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). 

Intercom has a hybrid working policy. We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least two days per week.
