THE ROLE

Key responsibilitiesThe Risk & Service Improvement Officer is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will enhance risk management and continuous improvement across Agilisys by ensuring the effectiveness of the Risk Management and Continual Service Improvement processes.

Specific dutiesDepending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:•    Lead on the collaboration, implementation, and audit of CSI Management Policies, Procedures, and Standards.•    Develop, monitor, evaluate and implement CSI controls and communication to ensure the organisation maintains an effective improvement programme.•    Support the administration and quantification of risks with the company’s systems.•    Operate a regular programme of service improvement engagement exercises with operational and support teams across the company.
