  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots in financial workflows to ensure they perform as expected, handle financial data securely, and meet regulatory compliance standards.

  • Partner with Business Technology (BT) teams to deploy RPA solutions in the financial production environment, ensuring compatibility with existing financial systems and compliance with regulatory controls.

  • Monitor and maintain deployed financial RPA bots, promptly addressing issues or errors. Provide ongoing support and updates while ensuring financial data integrity.

  • Create and maintain documentation for financial RPA solutions, including process diagrams, user manuals, and change logs, while emphasizing financial process compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BT and business users, to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of financial RPA solutions.
