【工作内容】

  • 拓展新业:通过潜在客户电话、预约、演示和提案提交发展新业务,锁定和开拓新客户;出差与潜在客户进行面对面的会谈(根据实际需要出差),并展示出高度精炼、专业和咨询式的销售风格,确保个人业绩指标以及CPG团队商务目标达成
  • 收集市场信息:收集并向销售和领导团队传达市场反馈信息,协助团队成为 Mintel 所有产品和服务的产品专家
  • 维护客户关系:利用出色的沟通技巧、强有力的跟进和对细节的敏锐关注,协助团队发展客户高层关系
  • 共享内部信息:确保团队在 Salesforce CRM 中准确记录客户详情、会议、目标和机会
  • 其他:遵守公司的所有政策、程序和商业道德规范,并确保在团队中贯彻执行;就业务中的所有关键问题与大中华区销售总监积极沟通;履行分配的其他职责

【岗位要求】

  • 4年以上快消品行业经验,具备开发新业务的热情,了解产品开发、销售、营销场景
  • 对快消品上下游尤其是零售、食品饮料、美容和个人护理行业有深入了解
  • 英文:能够看懂邮件,英文书面往来即可
  • 有跨国公司管理/工作经验者优先考虑
  • 充满热情和激情-——对快消产品及英敏特产品有真正的兴趣

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager who will work strategically with China Headquarters in Shanghai to ensure healthy business growth for East China. You will be responsible for the new business sales activities in East China in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Grow the regional portfolio by targeting and closing new clients
  • Gather and relay market feedback information to the sales and leadership teams
  • Ensure that the business’ commercial targets are achieved for the CPG team
  • Ensure meeting activity levels (prospecting calls, appointments, presentations & proposal submissions) are met or exceeded
  • Assisting the team with growing relationships at senior levels using excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and sharp attention to detail
  • Assist the team to become product experts across all Mintel products and services
  • Travel to prospects for face-to-face meetings (up to 50% of the time or as needed) and demonstrate a highly polished, professional, and consultative selling style to set an example for the team
  • Ensure accurate recording of client details, meetings, objectives, and opportunities within Salesforce CRM by the team
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure they are implemented within the team
  • Communicate to Sales Director for Greater China on all key issues in the business
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Over 4+ years of FMCG experience or working experience, food industry experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the Eastern China region especially the food, drink, foodservice industry
  • English communication is required
  • Demonstrated achievement and experience managing accounts and developing new business
  • Managing/working with multinationals will be a plus
  • Presenting and gaining credibility within the client base
  • Coming from the FMCG industry with a product development background, or sales and marketing
  • Enthusiastic and passionate – have a genuine interest in the product. Have the presence and ability to ‘excite’ people about the service
