As a Senior Information Developer, you will contribute to exemplary content for both documentation and the software that reinforces our content and product strategies. A Senior Information Developer will understand and enforce personas and content strategy. 

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Produce high-quality documentation that supports our users and our product strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers on in-product wording and embedded documentation.
• Look for opportunities to explore and experiment with novel documentation technologies and styles.
• Contribute to defining language styles, including the look, feel, mood, and voice for all content types.
• Provide helpful reviews and guidance in support of the development of other writers.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of writing and delivering compelling, technical documentation for complex software, with
• Education: B.A. or B.S. degree in Professional and Technical Writing (or related field/degree)

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role.
