Doctolib is looking for an Order to Cash Senior IT Project Manager who will act as subject matter expert and focus on supporting Doctolib growth, improving current processes and support decision making.

Part of the IT teams, the OTC Senior IT PM will lead projects & services to scale Doctolib finance and sales systems, and leverage their business impacts.

Your missions
  • Lead IT projects and services for systems and processes scaling
  • Support company growth (acquisition) and scalability to absorb new demand, strategic decisions, new products.. 
  • Scale the OTC tools in alignment with global systems and enterprise architecture strategies (Salesforce, Doctolib Product, IT platforms, security)
  • Identify pain points and recommend OTC process improvements (leverage technology & automation)
  • Collaborate with other systems’ owners teams (SAP, Salesforce, Doctolib-Product Data etc.)
  • Implement new OTC processes and features with Finance IS team (business partnering) 
  • Ensure project’s design to rollout, including hypercare and move to run
  • Document processes and prepare training materials
  • Drive change management across organizations (Finance, Sales Ops, Data, IT, etc.)
  • Develop business partnership with Finance and Strategy teams (Go to Market, Sales Performance, Billing, etc.)
  • Define and analyze key metrics (KPI & OPI) to support process improvements and key decision making
Your skills

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • You have at least 4 years of experience with a track record in IT project management 
  • You have a good knowledge of OTC processes
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven and business-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments within an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent command of GSHeet/Excel and GSlide/PowerPoint, along with a good culture of modeling
  • You speak French and English fluently
  • Team player, demonstrated agility, result-oriented mindset 
  • Prior experience with tools Salesforce, Zuora, SAP, and Jira is a plus
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector
