Overview:

You will scale and manage the success we are having in delivering our solutions to clients. You will directly manage a group of project managers in LivePerson’s program/project management team. You and your team are responsible for the success of the roll-out and launch of projects allocated to the team. Your role in our professional and technical services organization is key to success as you help drive internal roadmaps.

 

You will:
  • Manage a team of project managers to their success metrics by leading and enabling them with all the tools necessary.
  • Drive project governance and accuracy of data across the team.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality and scalable solutions to our customers.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues and manage escalations.
  • Ongoing improvement and enablement of your team’s knowledge of the LivePerson Suite.
  • Resource Allocation – Identify all delivery resource needs and request resources following plan requirements.  Management of utilization and capacity to develop plans/models for hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on project and solution delivery, such as customer success and Implementation management.
  • Coordinate with internal product leadership teams on continuous improvement of our product and roadmap.

 

 

You have:
  • 10+ years of professional related experience.
  • Deep leadership and customer management experiences in expert teams. 
  • Experience dealing with many customers in both Enterprise and mid-market.
  • Experience developing best practices for your teams to leverage and deliver to the field.
  • Proven track record of successful portfolio management.
  • Experience in a consultative capacity in managing internal and external expectations.
  • You are data-driven and can use all relevant data available to make the best decisions.
  • You are a team player with not only your direct team but the cross-functional teams that you support or support you.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring a team of experts.

 

 

Benefits:

The salary range for this role will be between $130,000 to $160,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, your location, skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
