Senior Manager, Return to Inventory 

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking the Sr. Manager, Return to Inventory to lead the strategic management of inventory operations across the site, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of stock levels to meet customer demand. Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in inventory management while overseeing a large team to achieve performance targets and support business growth objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging technology and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

You will...

• Develop, monitor and champion initiatives related to inventory and material flow for the Phoenix region of manufacturing and distribution centers
• Influence inventory managers and teams at the respective sites through strategic initiatives
• Promote inventory transaction integrity accuracy while providing feedback to the operations and fulfillment teams
• Develop and execute strategic action plans that increase inventory accuracy and reduce inventory discrepancies
• Serve the primary point of contact for end of year inventory audits
• Establish and maintain inventory handling procedures across facilities
• Collaborate with operations on procedures and processes surrounding warehouse management system inventory locations
• Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies through cause and effect analysis 
• Provide vision and direction for best in class inventory management
• Lead and direct cross-functional projects impacting inventory
• Evaluate team productivity and accomplishments
• Any and all other functions as determined by executive leadership

At a minimum, you have...

• APICS certification preferred; Lean or Six Sigma certification encouraged.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in Inventory Management, demonstrating continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proven capability to motivate and coach staff towards achieving high-quality results.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication (both verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
• Track record of success working on multiple projects with changing priorities, both independently and as part of a team, to deliver impactful results.
• Experience in implementing various change management and process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Working Conditions:

• Combination of manufacturing, warehouse and office environment including refrigerated spaces
• We operate in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, some weekend and night work required
