About this role : 

We are looking for a diligent and insightful Senior Product Manager to help our ERP system team effectively navigate project prioritisation and solution delivery, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.This position plays a key role in bridging the gap between business unit needs and ERP solutions, by articulating business requirements and ensuring that the solutions developed are both applicable and strategically aligned with business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

• Capture and articulate business requirements proficiently to steer the ERP team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, research, and identify needs and expectations.
• Lead efforts in designing effective ERP solutions considering the strategic business objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure the delivery of projects aligning with agreed-upon timelines.
• Organise and lead task triage process, and work closely with the ERP lead in resource allocation.
• Develop and shape strategies to foster efficiencies and improve workflow in the organisation.

 

Your Profile : 

• 3+ years of hands-on product management experience in a relevant IT field, business system support, or consultancy.
• Extensive experience in ERP/Finance systems, ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• A keen understanding of finance and the capability to operate at an intermediate levelDemonstrate intermediate level operating capability.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Excellent communication skills to capture and articulate business requirements accurately.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proven track record of planning, monitoring, and ensuring the delivery of projects on time.
