The Opportunity:

As a Product Manager for our Core Eventing Architecture and Database Tooling teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technical capabilities. You'll work with a high-performing team of talented engineers to drive the development of tools and core components that are integral to our success.

You will actively contribute to the technical design and/or implementation of high-availability and scalable architectures; this role is not purely execution-focused and will require active contributions to technical discussions. 

What the team works on:

• Core Event-Driven Architecture: Event store and processing pipeline
• Backup and restore of core data
• Multi-tenant database scaling design and tooling

Your Mission:

• Product Strategy: develop and execute strategic initiatives in the area, aligning with overall company objectives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with engineering teams, and collaborate with customer success and sales
• Roadmap Planning: create and maintain the team’s roadmap, based on strategic goals
• User Feedback: gather and analyze user feedback (internally and externally) to continuously improve product features and usability
• Delivery Management: together with the Engineering Manager, ensure timely and successful delivery of updates and enhancements

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in technical product development
• Basic understanding of event-driven architectures, database scaling and operations, and ideally cloud-agnostic infrastructure basics - and the willingness to dive deep and learn more
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially strong listening skills
• Being kind, helpful, and determined to do good for the team and company
