The Senior Product Manager Opportunity

Okta CIC, powered by Auth0, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Experience and Marketplace team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping how customers view and interact with CIC’s Dashboard, Docs, and API’s along with supporting our comprehensive Marketplace integrations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to steer product strategy and innovation, ensuring a unified experience across our developer tools and resources. This role presents an opportunity to significantly impact CIC's identity solutions, working with a team committed to excellence in customer identity management.

What you will be doing...

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies for Auth0's Dashboard, Docs, APIs, and Marketplace integrations, ensuring alignment with Okta CIC's business goals and developer needs.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and documentation teams to guarantee seamless launches and high engagement with our products.

• Collaborate with Design leaders to refine Auth0's design system, aligning it with the latest trends and developer preferences.

• Work closely with Partner Management to enhance Marketplace offerings, focusing on partner integrations and relationship building.

• Perform market analysis to grasp developer trends and requirements, driving product innovation and informed decision-making.

• Effectively articulate product visions and specifications to the engineering and design teams.

• Establish key performance indicators for developer interaction and satisfaction with our platforms.

• Stay updated on industry developments and cutting-edge technologies in identity solutions and developer tools.

What you will bring to the role...

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Developer Experience, Design Systems, and Front-Facing Developer Platforms like APIs and Dashboards.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field; or comparable practical experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute strategic initiatives.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, adept in both written and verbal forms.

• Experience in B2B SaaS contexts, encompassing product development, positioning, and market strategy execution.

• Capable of juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• A deep-seated passion for innovation in the customer identity and developer tooling domain.

Extra credit if you have any of the following...

• Experience with Enterprise SaaS customers.

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management products.

• Coding experience in various languages and frameworks.
