As the Senior Product Marketing Manager - Value Proposition & Audience Strategy, you will be the champion of Trustpilot’s B2B value proposition and the go-to expert for bringing it to life across every unique customer journey. Reporting to the VP of Product & Audience Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping how we differentiate and succeed across our target markets, developing a meaningful narrative that is leveraged across the organization and contributes to effectively delivering revenue and increased retention.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prioritize our customers' needs, ensuring our value proposition is effectively tailored to businesses of all sizes—from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to multinational corporations.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to clearly communicate our unique value at every touchpoint throughout each audience’s journey.
  • Work closely with Product and Product Marketing teams, drawing on your extensive knowledge of our target audiences to develop compelling narratives that shape go-to-market strategy and contribute to successful product launches.
  • Develop messaging that is centered around the audience, ensuring consistency and alignment with positioning across all customer touchpoints.
  • Gather market insights to identify emerging trends, pinpoint opportunities, and assess potential risks while strategically mapping product solutions to our value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with our UX and Research teams to conduct market segmentation and sizing exercises, validating the pain points and needs of our target audience. Develop audience frameworks, buyer personas, and journey maps to define optimal routes to market.
  • Provide support to commercial and regional marketing teams by supplying materials that effectively communicate our differentiated value to prospects and customers.
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback and product performance to conduct market analysis and share insights on the state of our offerings and portfolio. Identify opportunities to enhance the portfolio by developing new products or services that complement existing offerings.
  • Oversee & monitor the results of our B2B Net Promoter Score, analyzing scores across business segments and commercial regions to identify risks and new opportunities for creating delightful experiences for our customers.

Who you are:

  • You have at least 4 years of product marketing experience within technology companies, focusing on developing value propositions and messaging.
  • You possess effective written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting ideas to senior management.
  • You demonstrate the ability to distill complex information into clear, value-led narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
  • You embrace a global mindset, collaborating closely with team members across our offices in the US and throughout Europe.
  • You are committed and motivated to solve problems and explore innovative solutions.
  • You are strategic, yet unafraid to dive into the details hands-on.
  • You excel in stakeholder management.
  • You exhibit strong project and time management skills.
