What we are looking for

The Senior Staff Engineer for Machine Learning will be responsible for researching and integrating Machine Learning Models (such as Large Language Models) into Atlas Search, for both classic search and vector search.

MongoDB is used by millions of developers, from startups to the largest enterprises, and is considered a standard for easy-to-use, scalable and reliable data platforms.  Atlas Search is the fully managed solution for customers wishing to incorporate relevance and AI based features into their applications.

The MongoDB Atlas platform is uniquely positioned to help customers leverage machine learning models that integrate with their data, and we see Atlas Search as one of the most strategic areas to incorporate Machine Learning.
