We’re looking for a Senior Territory Strategy Manager to drive strategic GTM revenue results by creating multiple sales territory frameworks and providing analysis to grow and align the sales books of business to achieve strategic goals. You’ll be creating annual and ongoing Sales Territory plans and driving execution while establishing effective Data Management and data hygiene standards and expectations.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Responsible for GTM territory planning, including, but not limited to, creating the project timeline, milestones, and deadlines. 
  • You will own the modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting, gearing ratios, incentive compensation, etc. that drives the right behavior to achieve strategic revenue goals
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the integrity and accuracy of sales data and hygiene efforts through excellent change management
  • Lead critical initiatives across the business to help accelerate opportunities from the analysis and research stage through implementation and execution all the way to transition and go-forward planning.
  • Responsible for company-wide OKR alignment by cascading strategic discussions and direction across the organization (i.e. Executive team, Hootsuite leadership team, and Business leadership team).
  • Analyze and advise on improvements in the GTM process, Sales and Success execution, data integrity, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity
  • Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting in Salesforce and partner with Data Central to drive insights and trends reporting in Tableau
  • Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; manage multiple stakeholders across Strategic Finance, Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops, and Growth Marketing
  • Responsible for developing and implementing tools to document, assess, communicate and report on company wide OKRs to Hootsuite leaders and executives.

  

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in an analytical field - Mathematics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc. Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
  • Broad and varied experience in Sales or Revenue Operations or related work experience is required
  • Strong understanding of core business processes in a B2B SaaS environment: sales, marketing, customer support and success, professional services
  • Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and highly analytical - able to manipulate large data sets
  • Deep experience in using GTM tools: Salesforce, Excel, GDrive office suite, Data enrichment tools/databases (ZoomInfo or others), Gong, etc.
  • Customer Focus: demonstrates a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external customers meet their needs
