Joining Collibra’s Brand & Digital Marketing Team
  • The Digital Marketing team–part of the greater Brand & Digital Marketing Team at Collibra–is seeking a Senior Web Production Analyst to manage the daily web production activities (incl. the publication of digital content, tools and creative assets) on our public-facing corporate website(s).
  • In this essential role, you will report to the Director of Digital Business Management and partner closely with all members of the Digital Marketing team (UX Specialist, Web Designer, front- and back-end developers and digital project manager) to author and publish website content, ensuring that the site is thoroughly optimized to meet the company's goals and provide a seamless experience for its visitors. 
  • The Digital Marketing team creates and supports key digital experiences for our customers on our public-facing corporate website (Collibra.com) and our auxiliary company websites. Our team translates many of the company’s core business objectives into well executed digital interactions that drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs), pipeline and insight-driven business decisions. 
A Sr. Web Production Analyst at Collibra is responsible for:
  • Serving as the primary integration point between front-end UX/design and back-end developers and employing strong technical skills and knowledge to develop and drive governance, accuracy and consistency within our organization’s digital operations 
  • Working closely with the Brand & Digital Marketing Team as well as content creators to ensure layouts, designs and bespoke digital experiences (tools, assets) are supported as expected within new and existing templates and components
  • Tightly managing deadlines and project details through regular and proactive communication with the Brand and Digital Team, as well as external partners and agencies 
  • Maintaining overall accuracy and integrity of Collibra.com via extensive quality assurance processes (e.g., ensuring content and image alignment with Collibra’s style and brand guidelines, executing wireframes and/or design plans exactly as delivered, adhering to technical and accessibility requirements, confirming accuracy of all links and metadata, ensuring successful implementation on various platforms and device types, etc.)
You have:
  • 3+ years of experience working with various web content management systems (headless preferred) thank  web content production or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in coding, proofing and troubleshooting standards-compliant HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience ensuring WCAG compliance
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot digital projects to identify and find innovative solutions to remedy potential production issues
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
You are:
  • Technically adept in web authoring and production and using various content management systems (e.g., headless)
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on QA (pre and post launch), project schedules, stakeholder follow through and commitment to quality; you feel confident making and executing plans, as well as raising questions in a timely manner 
  • Very comfortable working with multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, and are highly flexible with regard to changing priorities
  • Able to use business knowledge, innovative thinking, and sound judgment in the solution of problems
  • A polished and succinct communicator who is confident in collaborating with teams across many departments and external agencies
Measures of success:
  • Within your first month, you will get fully onboarded and familiar with the team, external agencies, as well as the company’s digital systems and tools. You will start managing all daily website activity, updates and launches.
  • Within your third month, you will have a solid understanding of your team and overall digital operations, and will bring new ideas for improvements. You will fully and cogently document all digital operations processes as they are created or modified.
  • By your sixth month, you will be a productive member of the team, acting as one of the key stakeholders of Collibra.com in your responsibility for all authoring, publication and QA processes of the site, thus contributing to the success of the team’s key initiatives in 2024 and beyond.
Compensation for this role

The standard base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,00 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
