What you’ll do:

• Shape and lead strategic shopping initiatives that cut across Pinterest, driving alignment serving as a steel thread across functions (product, eng, design, finance, marketing, sales, BD, legal, etc) for some of the most important and complex priorities
• Help to build a growing corporate strategy team and develop x-company operating forums to connect strategy to execution
• Advise, coordinate and scope areas of analysis for strategic analysts across the business to address strategic decisions and priorities, shaping near term and longer term areas of investment
• Establish and implement business review forums to effectively communicate actionable insights to executive team and cross functional senior leadership
• Partner with and influence the Pinterest VP+ community and key stakeholders across functions (both technical and business) on strategy decisions and priorities, shaping near term and longer term areas of investment

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced technology leader with proven track record driving complex strategic initiatives at scale
• Proven ability to drive effective x-fn operations and strategic planning efforts
• High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort leading with influence
• Highly strategic thinker with an adaptive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable with and has experience partnering and influencing across matrixed organizations
• Our PinFlex future of work philosophy requires this role to visit a Pinterest office for collaboration approximately 1x per quarter. For employees not located within a commutable distance from this in-office touchpoint, Pinterest will cover T&E
