The role

HelloFresh is looking for a Sr. Process Excellence Manager, Indirect Procurement to drive process definition, standardization and digitalization for Indirect Procurement across 11 international markets. With a scope that covers both indirect procurement technology and processes in: Category Management, Sourcing, and Purchase-to-Pay this role will have a huge impact on the future success of HelloFresh.

What you’ll do
  • Manage a portfolio of procurement process excellence and digital projects by relentlessly prioritizing existing and the pipeline of new projects.
  • Execute on the long-term vision for the organization to become best-in-class in the industry.
  • Provide advice on best practices in aligning digital solutions to local standard operating processes effectively.
  • Oversee and proactively manage the digital deployment plan for indirect procurement, coordinating all project and change management activities.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo to drive improvement across indirect procurement.
  • Establish strong partnerships with local and international stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure process and digital deployments are integrated and aligned.
  • Analyze and present data in order to provide data-driven recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate across international and local teams to execute procurement projects with speed and agility.
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of experience preferably in procurement digital innovation and process consulting or related role with a focus in a indirect procurement in the food & beverage industry (eg.: procurement, sourcing, buying, category management) with Business/Engineering/Supply Chain degree
  • Process modeling experience using BPMN 2.0 or software like MS Visio or Signavio.
  • Exposure to indirect procurement processes and familiarity with procurement technology.
  • Experience with executing digital projects within a comparably sized company.
  • Experience in driving implementations as well as digital rollouts of procurement and supply chain software solutions.
  • Experience in agile methodology and advanced project management skills.
  • Experience using business analytics and agile software like Tableau and JIRA is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and self-management skills with a strong focus on teamwork. Language: English, and other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Change management, process improvement, and risk assessment skills with experience managing hybrid and flexible delivery-focused teams in an international organization.
  • Hands-on mentality, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to relentlessly prioritize multiple projects.
  • Assertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situations.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: up to 40%
