Narvar is growing! We are hiring a strong Sr. Product Manager who has proven experience in building best-in-class SaaS products and features. You will be an integral part of a team that is helping drive the next wave of Narvar’s growth.

We’re looking for someone who has experience building and driving the adoption of features in SaaS applications while having a keen eye for intuitive consumer-facing workflows. The candidate can quickly drive a project from idea to wide adoption, iterating on feedback to eliminate friction and help users accomplish their jobs to be done. This role reports to the Director of Product Management.

Day-to-day

  • Facilitate the growth and development of Narvar’s newest product lines
  • Use customer & market research, user feedback, usage statistics, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and product peers to execute against opportunities
  • Specify, prioritize, and communicate product specs, using PRDs that contain user stories, business rules, flows, interaction design guidance, and use cases
  • Identify and interpret immediate and/or upcoming client needs and work with the team to develop a product feature plan that addresses them
  • Develop strong relationships with Engineering and Design to create world-class experiences for our client's brands 
  • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure consistency and compatibility across all Narvar products
  • Define and analyze key product feature metrics and understand how to optimize features post-launch
  • Interface with clients to gather requirements, iterate on product features, and represent Narvar as a valuable business partner

What we’re looking for

  • 7-10 years of software product management experience working in SaaS startup environments
  • An outcome-focused thinker, with the grit and agility to make those outcomes a reality
  • Experience building optimization or data-heavy products to power better consumer experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with coworkers based around the world
  • Energized by fast-paced, startup environments.  Comfortable handling ambiguity
  • Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, economics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience

Bonus Points

  • Experience in ecommerce, retail and/or logistics industries is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Metabase, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools
  • Technical background, from an ability to read and understand API documentation, to a formal education in programming

Below is the estimated annual salary for this position and does not include the other components that make up a Narvar offer including: annual bonus, equity, and benefits.The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location. Narvar Pay Range$130,000—$185,000 USD
