SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

The Digital Experience team is looking to bring on a Senior Technical Program Manager focused onsoftware release management for our Pure1 cloud programs. In this role, you will be responsiblefor establishing best practices, collaborating across multiple business units and managingdependencies/deliverables for the programs. You will be working with large teams (100+) ofsoftware engineers who develop new features and capabilities with a rapid rate of change. Oursoftware runs on public cloud infrastructure, as well as our shipped products, and powers ourPure1 cloud and Pure as-a-Service platform. You will be responsible for changing ourdevelopment process to increase quality.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

● 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager; MS in computer science,MBA or engineering management equivalent preferred.● Experience in SaaS development environments is preferred.● Big picture thinker providing clarity on what we are trying to accomplish, understandingof the business objectives and driving the outcome for the program● Capabilities to identify and deliver on process changes that would enable faster time tomarket while driving organization consistency and efficiency.● Experience in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, including investigation,design, execution and delivering products to market on schedule, and addressingcustomer feedback in development.● Drive content, schedule and overall delivery of the program and set it up for success inthe field/customer base● Make trade-offs and timely decision, drive accountability for delivery and ensure that theobjectives of the program are met● Solid project and technical judgment; ability to influence multiple business units.● Strong team and customer focus.● Take ownership of the product experience, quality, and metrics● Set goals for the program, track and periodically communicate to stakeholders as well asensure corrective actions/mitigations as needed● Be the single point person for delivery decisions, exec and cross team communicationand working with various functional groups to deliver the program● Optimize team processes to improve quality, productivity, and responsiveness tofeedback and changing priorities and set up the program for success in the field● Overcome obstacles by resolving issues, regardless of team boundaries, and identifyand resolve teamwork issues.● Solid knowledge of end-to-end best practices.● Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact withtechnical and non-technical, cross-functional groups.

The annual base salary range is: $156,000.00 - $235,000.00. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
