We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help establish and enforce our strategy for how we communicate with our customers to drive growth, engagement and monetization across multiple channels (in-app, emails etc). This is a strategic and rewarding role that will work cross-functionally with various product teams across Personio as well with other departments that also communicate with customers (eg. Sales, Marketing/GTM, Customer Experience, Finance etc). You will be involved in defining the principles and framework for how we communicate with our customers as well as developing and enforcing the guidelines across the company to ensure we use our customer’s attention deliberately.

• Help establish and enforce our strategy and principles for how we communicate with our customers to drive growth, engagement and monetization across multiple channels (in-app, emails etc). 
• Develop and drive a strong collaboration with multiple departments (Marketing, Customer Experience etc) to enable shared vision, goals and effective execution against the strategy
• Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and measures of success
• Plan and execute a roadmap against the strategy
• Enforce the guidelines across the company to ensure that we are using our customer’s attention deliberately, to drive value for them and Personio

• At least 7 years of experience as a product manager building customer-facing products in a B2B or B2C company
• At least 2-3 years focused on building a horizontal product system/platform leveraged by multiple teams in the company
• Strong experience and interest working with cross-functional teams, within and beyond Engineering (eg. Sales, Marketing, Partnerships etc) 
• Experience establishing, evolving and enforcing a set of guidelines with cross-functional teams
• Have a business, technical or design background, a highly collaborative mindset, and direct experience implementing best-in-class solutions with design and engineering counterparts 
• Fluent in English
• Bonus: Human Resources / Complex organizations domain knowledge
