We are now seeking a Staff Product Manager in Berlin to broaden our science innovation efforts.

• Develop and implement vision and strategy for global ML/AI products and platforms
• Research new opportunities and capabilities, build POCs and conduct MVP experiments
• Work with scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to incubate domain-specific solutions
• Establish and track OKRs and KPIs to prioritize initiatives and create a product roadmap
• Stay informed about industry trends to innovate and meet company needs
• Mentor and collaborate with other product managers in the company
• Influence the overall direction of our ML/AI strategy as part of the Global AI leadershipteam

• Extensive experience in product management in teams with engineers and data scientists, using agile methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and commercial roles to discover and deliver valuable solutions
• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end data and machine learning products
• Familiarity with different machine learning models and paradigms, including Generative AI
• A fail-fast-and-learn mentality and experience in building POCs that are linked to generating business value
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve goals
