What You'll Do:

• Design a scalable, future-proof platform that revolutionizes customer transactions across multiple countries and all Wayfair brands.
• Lead the development of a visionary technical roadmap for Wayfair's expanding Fintech & Loyalty ecosystem.
• Champion code quality, mentor engineers, and drive technical innovation while ensuring production readiness.
• Partner with teams in Boston, Berlin, India, and beyond for seamless integrations and world-class customer experiences.

What You'll Need:

• 15+ Years of a proven track record building complex, high-scale systems with experience at both startups and larger companies.
• (Highly Desired) Deep understanding of payments integrations (credit cards, financing, BNPL) and experience within the payments domain will accelerate your success.
• Enthusiasm for crafting exceptional customer-facing digital experiences in a high-traffic environment.
• Strong communication and the ability to build consensus across diverse, global teams.
• Technology Requirements:
  • In-depth experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Distributed systems design expertise
  • Comfort with cloud-based data technologies

The salary range for this position is $189,000-$222,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
