What you’ll do   

You will be working with the People Development Excellence Manager on Learn & Grow projects. You will contribute to structuring projects on ways of working and learning at Doctolib. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You will support the Excellence team's project managers in the launch of our new projects (innovative training systems, launch of a new tool, focus groups, needs assessment, etc.)
  • You will define and follow a plan for change management, communication with our key communities (learning leads, content creators, etc.) 
  • You will build with the Excellence team the training path for the People Development team and monitor the success of the program
  • You will contribute to the monitoring of KPIs and performance of the People Development team
  • You will organize the preparation of all key presentations on the team's key projects, as well as you will work on internal communication (newsletters)
  • You will communicate effectively to get Doctolibers on board with the tools managed by the team

  • You have an ongoing Master’s degree from a business school / engineering school looking for a 6 months internship 
  • You have strong listening and communication skills (both written and oral), proactive leadership on projects, ability to operate in a fast paced environment 
  • You are fluent in both French and English
  • You have the ability to work on different projects and like to have various tasks

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • You have good knowledge of the Google suite (Gsheet, Slides) or Excel / Powerpoint
  • You have experience with Project Management tools such as Asana
  • You have a first 6 months experience as an intern in Project Management, Business Operations or consulting, or worked in a Student association on large Project management 
  • You are creative and are excited about content creation

At the end of your internship, you will have: 

  • Experienced everything about a complex and large scale project with high impact on our ways of working and culture at Doctolib
  • Strengthened understanding on the strategic role of learning and knowledge management within an organization, in hypergrowth 
  • Stronger project management skills 
  • Key redactional and content management skills 
  • Change management skills to rollout both tools and processes across cross-cultural teams

About the flexible office policy at Doctolib

We provide 2 working modes, depending on your team set up.

  • Hybrid: you work 3 days per week from the office
  • Office-based: you always work from the office
