We're seeking data-driven individuals looking to collaborate with Strategy and Planning team members, build comprehensive analyses, and drive key recommendations to guide our growing Sales Organization. 

Strategy and Operations interns will handle a large project/initiative, developing a solution that will ultimately maximize the efficiency of our Sales Organization. With the assistance of fellow team members, they will gain a strong understanding of the tech market, while simultaneously challenging themselves to think outside the box. 

• In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or Analytical related field
• Have a foundation in data analysis, with strong proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite
• Have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes. Graduation date in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 9 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
