Role Responsibilities: What you'll doIntern People & Leadership Development (Munich or Dublin, start date: 01.01.2024):
- People & Leadership Development: You will support the team to maintain, optimize and execute administration for alle people & leadership development initiatives
- Implement your ideas: You will help develop and shape People & Leadership Development at Personio by challenging the status quo and bringing in new ideas
- Project Work: You will support project work and oyu will be able to take over and lead smaller projects yourself
- Data: You will support the team with track & analyze data
- Ad-hoc requests: Immerse yourself in our varied daily business, and work hands-on to support ad-hoc request from the team as needed
- Get the unique opportunity to gain in-depth HR knowledge from a company that lives human resource topics in all their departments and has the aim to set standards others want to follow
- You are involved in various cross-departmental projects and in constant exchange with stakeholders, where you like to bring in your own ideas

We are looking for interns and working students who possess strong interpersonal abilities by demonstrating empathy and effective communication.Hard skills:
- You are a registered student in an area such as Business Administration, HR, Psychology or a comparable course of study
- You have already gained some experience in a relevant field (internship/working student) by potentially leading small projects
- You are confident using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- English is required, as we are a European company
- You have strong communication skills
- You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
- You are well organized and show curiosity and a desire to learn more
You are enthusiastic about the topics of personnel development and adult education
