Who We Are:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nexthink Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. As a Nexthink Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing, configuring, and optimizing the Nexthink platform to ensure the efficient and effective monitoring of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration, be well-versed in Nexthink technologies, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Nexthink components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and tailor Nexthink solutions based on organizational requirements.
  • Implement best practices for Nexthink configurations to maximize system efficiency.
  • Utilize Nexthink to monitor and analyze end-user experience, system performance, and security incidents.
  • Proactively identify and respond to potential issues, ensuring minimal disruption to IT services.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot alerts, providing timely resolution and documentation.
  • Integrate Nexthink with other IT management and monitoring tools to create a seamless and comprehensive IT environment.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to provide insights and recommendations based on Nexthink data.
  • Conduct training sessions for IT staff on Nexthink functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance for Nexthink-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Nexthink configurations, changes, and implementations.
  • Generate reports and analysis using Nexthink data to inform decision-making and improve IT operations.

We Are a Match Because You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Nexthink Administrator or in a similar IT administration role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nexthink technologies, configurations, and best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with IT monitoring and management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nexthink certification(s) is a plus
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices is preferred
