Executive Assistant for Business Development Team - Parental leave contract / part time 60%

The Role:

First of all, you´ll work within the fantastic, friendly and dynamic BD team of Lilium!

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Business Development team at Lilium GmbH.

Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for the team during the absence of the regular Executive Assistant. This is a temporary position for the duration of the maternity leave of slightly more than 1 year, and an extension may be possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the VP of Business Development's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are scheduled and organized effectively.
  • Take the lead in organizing events and facilitating the hosting of clients during aircraft showings at Lilium home base or other designated locations.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, reports, and other materials needed for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in the coordination and follow-up of team projects and initiatives.
  • Support in the preparation of business development plans and proposals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and costumers.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing insights and ideas to support business growth.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

Your Profile: 

  • Proven experience gained working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role for at least 5 years.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of business acumen in English and German.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software like sales CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Highly professional and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Knowledge of the aeronautics industry or aviation would be a plus.
