We are hiring a Team Lead (d/f/m), Account Executives in Munich/Berlin who is ready to take their next step into leadership to grow and develop SaaS sales teams in a high-growth environment.  In this role you will build and lead a team of Small Business Account Executives and promote the development of the team using expertise, motivation, as well as the continuous achievement against sales targets. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Leadership: You lead, develop and recruit a high-performing team of 6-9 account executives who deal with complex software purchasing processes in companies with approx. 0-50 employees 
  • Coaching: Focus on training and coaching the Account Executives in your team and defining new standards for important levers such as project plans and good stakeholder management
  • Hiring: Grow the team and scale by hiring and developing great talent
  • Metrics and KPIs: Together with your team, you continuously achieve set goals on a monthly and quarterly basis, including a quarterly accelerator if the goals are exceeded
  • Data: You analyze processes data-driven - to optimize conversion rates, time-to-sell, ARPA and other KPIs
  • Strategy: Together with sales management, sales development and the marketing team, you develop go-to-market strategies for our customer segment and implement them successfully

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Account Executive in B2B new customer acquisition, with 1 year of sales leadership experience preferred 
  • Ideally, experienced in hiring/building a team from scratch and the onboarding of these teams
  • Experience in a B2B software, SaaS, cloud or technology sales team
  • You operate accurate forecasting and have a proven history of over-achieving set goals on time
  • Precise understanding of software sales processes and experience with methodology such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Gap Selling
  • You have a deep understanding of software purchasing processes for small and medium-sized customers - this includes, for example, stakeholder management and embedding a software solution in an existing IT landscape
  • You communicate confidently, clearly and transparently and fluently in German and English
