About the role

Our teams are growing and we are in need of a Warehouse Manager that will be responsible for various management, organization and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s storage and shipment processes.

You will report into our Head of Business Operations & Projects and will be based in LA. Your work will include and is not limited to:

• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock

• Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment

• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse

• Work closely with the Service and Quality Manager-West to ensure that the warehouse facilitates and supports effective and efficient handling of warranty repairs and service operations

• Supervise all of a warehouse’s daily activities and working to maximize efficiency and motivating staff

• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads

• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees

• Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations

• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner

Who are you?

Qualifications

• Experience as a warehouse worker

• Manager experience in a warehouse environment

• Driver's license and forklift certification

• Knowledge of inventory management and all typical warehouses processes

• Strong interpersonal, team-building and communication skills
