Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

 

Why We Have This Role

As we continue to grow as a business we are looking for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Senior Specialist to drive continued growth and expansion of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs across Europe and Emerging Markets. Account based marketing begins with identifying and targeting best-fit accounts that have the biggest revenue potential for Qualtrics. Our ABM team then can use technology and assets to serve personalised messaging to decision-makers at these accounts. Our ABM program relies on a close working relationship with sales teams. In this role you will be passionate about creating world-class campaigns and delivering exceptional marketing assets. From conception and creation - you will take managing multiple projects in your stride. You should think analytically about delivering measurable results with a strong focus on driving ROI and supporting sales teams to achieve targets.

 

How You’ll Find Success

  • Project management - Being able to work across multiple projects within tight deadlines to ensure all deliverables are met
  • Stakeholder Management -  Working closely and building strong relationships with leads across the Marketing, SDR and Sales Org.
  • Campaign Planning and Set-up - Liaising with account executives and SDRs across EMEA to ensure we gather all relevant information across contact & campaign details.
  • Campaign Development - Working closely with ABM Lead & Campaigns manager to innovate world-class ABM programs and Events to deliver strong pipeline and closed revenue (ACV) results for the EMEA business
  • Intent program - Developing best-in-class intent program identifying in-market accounts and deliver continuous flow of new leads into Sales Development Team
  • Leveraging a number of MarTech systems such as Tableau, Salesforce, Outreach, Mutiny, Wordpress, Zoominfo, 6Sense and Marketo.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership with the ability to create an environment where teams are inspired, encouraged and motivated

Things You’ll Do

  • Own individual campaign strategies, delivering and coordinating the execution of standalone and always-on Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaign programmes across regions and different product lines in EMEA
  • Develop relationships with senior Qualtrics GTM stakeholders to maximise buy-in and drive awareness of strategic ABM initiatives through Pipeline Councils and GTM meetings.
  • Work with ABM and wider marketing leads to build a progressive strategic roadmap of adoption of ABM principles campaigns per region in EMEA.  
  • Responsible for strategic ABM plan, calendar of activities and driving the progression of ABM across all EMEA - working with local field marketing managers.
  • Manage day-to-day activities including developing content (web, video, playbooks), localisation, sourcing and compilation of landing pages
  • Working on measurement and tracking requirements for activities - including close partnership with our marketing operations team to track all activity in SalesForce dashboards and campaigns, and also in Tableau.  
  • Document and share success stories and maintain a pipeline impact tracker showcasing the impact your activities are having on business growth.
  • Work closely and build relationships with marketing team members (content, campaigns, events, digital, etc.) to deliver a collaborative strategy and execute on it
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the sales development team and build new relationships with (Enterprise) Account Executives and Sales leaders, and assist in lead follow up processes through to training; and sales enablement materials about account based marketing (in liaison with the sales enablement team)
  • Looking out for and concepting on new formats, innovations and ideas to build and scale ABM at Qualtrics in EMEA.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to stay apprised of relevant industry and category trends
  • Provide strategic recommendations to strengthen the program and further reduce total cost

 

What We’re Looking For On Your

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Passion for Marketing with 7+ years relevant work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects working with a variety of stakeholders across the business
  • Able to successfully execute those projects with little oversight from your manager
  • Can-do attitude, eager to take on projects and actively seeks out opportunities
  • Very detail-oriented, extremely organised and able to keep others on task too
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
