About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our  Sales Team at TWAICE.Our sales team works with a best-of-breed product that solves real problems for our customers. Sellers follow a well-defined methodology that helps them identify the customer's unique needs and clearly convey the value of TWAICE products. Whether you're looking to learn from the best or be the best, the TWAICE sales team is dedicated to furthering personal development and team success.  The Enterprise Account Executive has a real passion for technology and can deliver on bold revenue targets. As we continue to break into bigger deals, and formalize our support for the larger enterprise segment, this division within TWAICE will blaze the path for the organization's growth. This is a lucrative opportunity to penetrate new accounts within a rich territory, as well as nurture others underway with their move to the electric future.

Your daily business will involve

  • Execute the sales strategy for energy sector clients aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives;
  • Managing and nurturing customer relationships at all levels, from initial lead generation to final contract negotiations and revenue recognition;
  • Deliver the sales revenue plan. Achieve or exceed sales quotas and grow the business and increase TWAICE's market share;
  • Forecast accurately. Consistently deliver on quarterly forecast commitments;
  • Build lasting, consultative relationships with C-level executives in customer accounts and develop deep comprehension of your customer's needs and business;
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline. Build a pipeline sufficient to consistently deliver on quarterly and annual booking and revenue targets. Develop a prospecting and “hunting” culture. Maintain requested reporting and regular opportunity inspection, to ensure accurate pipeline;
  • Active customer approach and acquisition in the energy market;
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI;
  • Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory;
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution;
  • Have intuitive sense of necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation;
  • Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities.

Your profile

  • You have experience in the energy industry working with energy system integrators, asset owners or utilities in the UK and or Northern Europe;
  • You have a university or bachelor's degree in combination with several years of enterprise software sales experience;
  • You are driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of €1M+ and operated with an average deal size of €100k+;
  • Your experience in the battery market is very beneficial;
  • You can demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own;
  • You are experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure, or similar preferred);
  • You have a strong ability to win new logos;
  • You are mature, passionate, driven, act as bridge builder, and have a problem-solving mindset;
  • You have a willingness to travel within the assigned territory (UK);
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office and the use of CRM systems (Salesforce);
  • You have excellent, confident negotiation and sales skills;
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and proficiency in any other language is beneficial.
