THE JOURNEY

  • Growth and Development:
    • Draw and execute plans to grow our Partners through promos, marketing activities
    • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by ensuring we always deliver the best service to our customers.
    • Analyze reasons for partner inactivity and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Analyze data to determine and correct assumptions based on goal achievements (data-driven decisions)
  • Operational Support:
    • Use scalable methods to support team activities (mass mailing, Partner performance trackers).
    • Provide excellent Partner Experience (PX) 
    • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall Partner experience and initiate improvement activities.
    • Raise product requests to improve partners' UX and scalability. Identify tech feature improvements and provide proactive feedback to HQ.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage a high-performing team.
    • Create a team performance framework.
    • Set individual goals that contribute to the overall team result.
    • Develop BOT (back on track) for employees whose results differ from expectations.
    • Create CDP (Career Development Plans) for top-performing employees.
    • Conduct workshops to level up the team's knowledge.
    • Ensure proper motivation and positive attitude among employees.
    • Foster a work culture based on honest feedback.
    • Mentor team members on workload management, maximizing work efficiency, and taking on more responsibility.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

    • At least 4 years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy.
    • Ability to manage teams and lead changes.
    • Accountability and ownership for projects from start to finish, with an understanding of the entire funnel to identify actionable areas.
    • Results-oriented with an analytical mindset to rethink processes.
    • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-performance start-up environment with a fast pace.
    • Experience in deriving actionable insights from large datasets and translating them into measurable projects for short and long-term improvement.
    • Excellent communication and strategic skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
    • Fluency in English and Polish.
    • Ability to combine day-to-day and tactical management with a strategic and long-term view.
    • Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive); Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
    • Strong strategic vision and business mindset.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
