YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Account Manager for one of its fastest-growing vertical — Q-Commerce Retail. Do you want to make an impact and contribute to disrupting the instant delivery market?

THE JOURNEY

  • Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working.
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyse their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and reporting of performance metrics.
  • Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement.
  • Be responsible of closing deals with the partners.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to present to retail partners and use as source of operational improvements.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process with new partners to source and negotiate the best products in your cities to deliver to our customers.
  • Start building a partner portfolio, create new business opportunities and initiate partnership collaborations.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company.
  • Analyse partner operations and provide plans, tools and solutions in order to provide best-in-class experiences.
  • Support negotiations with new partners.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to present to groceries partners and use as a source of operational improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 3 years of experience in high-performance account management or Business Consultancy in FMCG or Retail.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Problem solver, look for the root cause of the problem and go for it till make things happen.
  • Perfect written and spoken communication.
  • Customer obsession.
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
  • You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented
  • Experience in understanding retail business, as well as revenue dynamics and drivers.
  • Can negotiate commercials and manage large partner accounts.
  • Full English proficiency.
