Account Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management of High value Enterprise / Strategic accounts and meet with their stakeholders
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients
- Creating the presentation briefs, deep diving into the client’s business, presenting data analysis of how their performance and drawing key insights/takeaways for the client to implement
- Identify opportunities for client growth and business optimisation, and working with clients to drive their implementation
- Work with global teams to draw on best practices and learning from other markets to implement for local clients
- Collaborate with various internal departments to help resolve client operational issue and develop robust client business plans
- Facilitate and management of projects between internal departments and the Account Management team
- Manage the marketing coordination for clients, encouraging them participation in marketing campaigns to drive success on our platform and scale
- Onboarding of new outlets for clients onto the platform, optimisation of clients delivery coverage and menu offerings
- Support the development of the local On-Demand Convenience (focusing on grocery and/or retail verticals) growth handbook, based on data-driven analysis of the demand needs & supply gaps for the category(s), including but not limited to optimising menu range & developing partner operations’ best practices

Growth Opportunity/Selling Points:
- Meet with on-demand convenience partners and develop bespoke growth plans
- Conduct strategic business reviews with clients to achieve mutually gains solutions
- Collaboration with multiple local & international internal stakeholders like marketing, operations, strategy etc
- Be part of the pioneer team to build out a new retail category and chart out the business growth strategies
KPI’s
- Drive clients’ business revenue on the platform, including gross order revenue as well as Advertising revenue
- Maintain good operational metrics for clients - rider wait time, order rejection and missing items
- Drive order volume growth
- Drive marketing spend on the platform
- Be part of the pioneer team for the newest vertical on Deliveroo platform and shape the product experience, building new process and growth playbook for the on-demand convenience and/or retail categoriesGrowth toolbook & best practices creation
