Are you sales driven? Have a consultative approach with customers? Thrive within building bespoke service packages? As an Account Specialist within our Global Integrations team, you will work at the core of  E-commerce: operating at the intersection between customers, suppliers, and technology!  

This requires an exceptional sales individual, someone who can quickly build trusting partnerships with our customers whilst navigating a portfolio of services to identify and creatively build a bespoke integration service and commercial package aligned with our customers requirements. Our Global Partner Support team members continuously strive to enhance our supplier-partners supply chain technology that powers the Wayfair ecommerce experience.  Leveraging external and internal partners, to execute our strategic vision, enabling a best-in-class solutions offering to an ever-growing supplier base.

What You'll Do

Essentially you will; 

  • Engage daily with our ever-growing supplier base (20K suppliers driving +$10BN in revenue) to solve problems with technology systems and data quality that are fundamental to our business, including the configuration of data exchanges between Wayfair and our partners. 
  • Collaborate closely with our integration vendors to ensure we have the right partners to support the integrations our suppliers wants and needs. You will be tasked with 
  • Lead Wayfair’s integration agenda for our Asia-based suppliers

and

  • Identify and engage integration vendors to deepen Wayfair’s integration capabilities and suppliers to broaden our integrated supplier network
  • Assess and resolve data integration/exchange issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Act as the go-to person for our suppliers as they resolve day-to-day issues, and provide support by training and educating them on the use of Wayfair tools
  • Work effectively across our global team to ensure efficient collaboration
  • Provide support and build relationships with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to expand and improve Wayfair’s full integration menu and increase supplier adoption
  • Think critically about our internal processes, proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall supplier experience
  • Act as a critical liaison between vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather user feedback, facilitate conversations, and leverage feedback to propose solutions to drive improvements
  • Test new, innovative ideas in pilot programs, identifying patterns and recommending improvement opportunities.

What you will need

  • Proven success operating within a consultative sales/ account management role.
  • To be commercially astute with the talent in building attractive proposals and effectively discussing and negotiating pricing packages.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, someone who can effectively connect with customers/ partners/ vendors, quickly building trust to effectively nurture a positive Wayfair experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; a logical and analytical thinker who can dissect a problem to identify and leverage cross functional partners if needed. 
  • Effectively operate independently as well as within a larger team and cross functional business.
  • Comfort with technology, both in navigating multiple systems simultaneously and learning new software required for the role.  
  • Fluency in the English language (both written and verbal).  Any additional languages would be advantageous but not essential.
