Account Manager International (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
- Based on the VEACT products, you coordinate and control cross-channel marketing campaigns and activities, advise customers & continuously expand the customer relationship in terms of upselling
- You work on marketing and sales strategies and implement them in a target-oriented way
- You proactively support clients in the design of campaigns from the existing campaign portfolio but also in the design and implementation of new sales and aftersales campaigns
- You continuously optimize internal processes and further develop quality assurance measures
- You maintain and use our CRM system for the provision and documentation of services
- You ensure a high frequency of contact with our existing international customers (this may also include the necessity of customer visits or customer events with travel and occasional overnight stays)
- You are responsible for achieving the agreed targets in the markets
- Complete commercial apprenticeship or a comparable course of study
- Proficient in English (C1 level); fluent in Czech or Slovak; German is a plus
- Experience in the automotive industry (BMW, JLR) is an advantage
- Curiosity and openness to new ways of doing things
- You are self-confident, enjoy actively approaching people and have high social skills
- You have a structured, independent & solution-oriented way of working with a high level of team & customer orientation
- You have good knowledge of the current MS Office & are not afraid of new programs
