YOUR MISSION

Manage and coordinate the Account Management Team to guarantee that the target result is achieved in a short, middle and long term. The main objective is to develop our partner base by leveraging on Glovo's growth assets and tools. You'll have the mission to build and manage a sales dream team, continuously training and improving them to reach ambitious goals in a hyper-growing tech company. 

THE JOURNEY

  • Have a fully responsibility of the growth of the small-medium enterprises in a specific areas (more than 100 cities...) by defining a strategy for the Areas in terms of Growth, Promotions and Advertisement of partners already signed on the platform
  • Lead a team of 8+ talented people to greatness
  • Monitor and analyze all relevant KPIs to track progress towards defined targets and find ways to improve the service
  • Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude
  • Establish goals for the team and evaluate their performance. Handle performance and develop talent to ensure the team is engaged and we retain them to ensure the team is engaged and we retain them
  • Contribute actively to the teams’ development and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make the difference
  • Generate best practices and processes which can be replicated across all areas
  • Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team
  • Be a Salesforce power user and you can give feedback to the management on the new developments needed. Analyze results, identify each sales opportunities to improve their performance and drive positive changes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing high-performance commercial team
  • A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
  • You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy because you are ahead of the edge while inspiring the vast majority.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industry.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
  • Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change
  • Native Italian and English full professional proficiency
