• Processing invoices in a timely manner and arranging approvals
• Managing the account payable inbox including dealing with supplier queries in a timely manner
• Processing staff and credit card expenses
• Preparing weekly supplier and expenses payment runs 
• Reconciliation of Supplier accounts
• Reconciliation of Aged Trade creditors including analysis and explanation of debit balances
• Assist in the supplier onboarding process
• Assist with month end duties and audits
• Assist with finance projects as required

• Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of NetSuite or similar accounting packages
• Knowledge of Coupa
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and other ,Microsoft/Google packages
• A team focused and supportive approach to tasks.
• Flexibility and eagerness to develop new skills.
• Self starter and efficient
• An interest in the Fintech industry
• Great communication skills

The salary range (gross): €1500 - €1800
