As a System Administrator (all genders) with expertise in Intune MDM, complemented by a background in Network Support, you will support our dynamic team. As a key member of the Corporate ICT team, you will play a crucial role in the administration of desktop computer systems, networks, and the Office 365 environment, as well as providing essential IT support to end-users. This includes:

• Administer all Rivada Space Networks Corporate ICT desktop computer systems and related networks
• Set up and maintain SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, and Exchange Online as an administrator
• Implement Rivada Space Networks Corporate ICT asset tracking for efficient management
• Successfully reduced ticket resolution time by implementing streamlined processes
• Collaborate closely with the RSN ICT Security and Infrastructure team
• Provide proactive and reactive IT support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, particularly in the areas of network and systems
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
• Bring experience in Network Support to enhance our overall IT infrastructure
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Ensure the smooth operation of Windows Server internals, SCCM, PowerShell, Active Directory, Windows Server Update Services, Windows Deployment Services, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• Appreciation of knowledge in Microsoft Azure, NAT, and DHCP

• Completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification 
• Proven experience as an MS 365 Administrator with expertise in Intune MDM
• Solid background in Network Support
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server internals, PowerShell, SCCM, Active Directory, and related technologies
• Familiarity with Windows Server Update Services and Windows Deployment Services
• Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining SharePoint Online and Exchange Online
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• Appreciation of knowledge in Microsoft Azure, NAT, and DHCP
• Proven ability to manage IT projects with a focus on timely delivery and quality standards
• Excellent collaboration, communication skills, and a commitment to thorough documentation
• Excellent written and spoken English
