What you’ll do:

• Lead Australia Agencies, Top Holding Companies + large independent agencies where applicable.
• Commercial deals; scoping, negotiation, management and execution to ensure healthy pacing, advertiser and product diversification across agency portfolio. Regular business check-ins around pacing and asks for growth. Ability to launch and drive incentive programs in support of the above.
• Executive relationships: Regular business check-ins with agency decision makers as we manage our business operations. Navigate C-suite and exec relationship mapping.
• Account alignment: support and collaboration with our sales teams to prioritize accounts mapped to top holdcos. Strong communications & leadership skills required to bring a level of confidence & knowledge about agencies to the market. Analyze business to understand advertiser spend trends across with HoldCo strategy and uncover opportunities to drive investment across,CPG, EMG and RET. 
• Product: Understand Pinterest products deeply and be able to address product limitations that agencies bring up. Make sure feedback is shared back to Pinterest central product functions.
• Scaled education: Collaborate with sales & XFN to pull togethers education sessions to begin driving comprehension of Pinterest at agencies. 

 

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who has significant existing C suite and senior level agency relationships within the AU market across multiple Job Roles and Job Functions (trading, investment, strategy, etc.).
• Someone who understands how to scope, negotiate, manage and execute Principle trading commercial agreements in Australia.
• This person should be able to work collaboratively with the sales team to help drive revenue and agency growth, uncover through data analysis opportunities across sectors and/or products.
• This person should have strong project management skills that provide them the opportunity to execute and design bespoke programs across agencies ( workshops, master classes, tent pole moments) virtually but also IRL. 
• This person should understand how to navigate within agencies to reach their goals on a quarterly basis.
