Role summary

We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Builder & Automation Specialist to join Payoneer’s revenue growth AI and Business Tech team. This role is execution-focused: building real AI agents, automations, and workflows that integrate directly into Payoneer’s growth processes and systems.

What You’ll Do

 AI Agents & Automation Delivery:

• Build and maintain AI agents using LLMs to support operational, support, risk, and business workflows.
• Design and implement low-code automations using tools such as n8n, Power Automate, Make, or similar platforms.
• Orchestrate multi-step workflows combining AI reasoning, business rules, and system integrations.

Integrations, APIs & Webhooks:

• Build and consume REST APIs for AI-driven workflows.
• Design and manage inbound and outbound webhooks for event-driven automations.
• Handle authentication, payload mapping, retries, monitoring, and error handling across integrated systems.

Practical AI, Data & Security Implementation:

• Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI) to build structured, reliable agent flows.
• Implement basic RAG patterns where relevant.
• Understand and apply data handling best practices, including data minimization and access controls.
• Ensure solutions comply with Payoneer’s information security, privacy, and cyber security requirements.

Business Understanding & Collaboration:

• Understand end-to-end business processes and translate them into automated AI workflows.
• Work closely with Product, Operations, Risk, IT, and Security teams to ensure solutions meet real business needs.
• Balance automation speed with risk, compliance, and operational reliability.

Who you are

• 1+ year of hands-on experience building AI-powered automations or workflows in production environments.
• Proven experience with low-code / no-code automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or similar).
• Practical experience working with LLM APIs.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON payloads, and webhooks.
• Ability to understand business processes and model them into technical workflows.
• Awareness of data protection, privacy, and cyber security requirements.
• Strong execution mindset, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (Hebrew is an advantage).

Advantage

• Experience building agent-based workflows (routing, evaluation, enrichment, decisioning).
• Light coding experience in Python or JavaScript for glue logic and transformations.
• Experience integrating AI into operational, financial, risk, or customer support systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
