At Doctolib, we're on a mission to transform the way healthcare is delivered by leveraging the power of AI. Our mission is to support the Healthcare Professionals in their day to day job. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of talented data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers and healthcare professionals to develop and deploy AI models that will have a real impact on people's lives. 

• Data Science : data scientists collaborating with product or business teams to understand their needs, design and deliver the best data science models and solutions.
• ML Platform: ML engineers and MLOps setting up processes and tools in order to allow data scientists to put their models effortlessly into production and to scale data science across Doctolib.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for an apprentice in the Data Science Patient team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review literature in statistics or machine learning
• Explore some statistical approaches, specially focus on AB testing and causal inference
• Prototype most promising solutions (ex: Streamlit)
• Work closely with other data teams (analysts and engineers) and Product Managers
• Contribute to our data science pipelines 
• Receive technical mentorship and guidance

OUR STACK

• Environment: AWS including SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions
• Languages: Python, SQL, Terraform

WHO YOU ARE

• You are in the last year of your degree : Bac +5 / Engineering school with a major in Statistics / Economy / Data Science 
• You have experience and knowledge of statistics 
• You have experience and knowledge in Python, SQL and Shell scripting
• You are fluent in English and French
• You have a good team spirit 
• You are curious and like to learn new skills and take on new challenges 
• You are well organized and can make suggestions

Now, it would be fantastic if : 

• You have some knowledge in econometrics / causal inference

• Working mode : Hybrid - 2 days a week at the office
