SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

Seeking an application support and maintenance specialist to join our global AMS support team. This role will involve support for ERP applications and functionality with a heavy focus on NetSuite. The person in this role will report to the AMS Manager with an internal stakeholder relationship with NetSuite architects and developers. The AMS team is responsible for supporting end users for our core business applications while working with development teams on break fixes/bugs, configuration changes, and system/job monitoring. The NetSuite team is responsible for the design, development and functionality of the NetSuite application.

What You’ll Do

The core objectives of this position are:

  • Advocate for the end user by providing a delightful and efficient user experience through professional, proactive communication, regular updates, and timely resolution of issues.
  • A troubleshoot and analyze reported issues to resolution or escalation with root cause analysis. 
  • Proactively highlight and address trending issues or suggest necessary enhancements or configuration changes.
  • Adequately test solutions to ensure end user adoption and smooth release transition.
  • Develop and articulate solution options that incorporate user experience, scalability, security and best practices.
  • Communication with internal team members and stakeholders in other time zones for requirements clarification and progress reporting.
  • Perform in depth analysis to determine root cause if possible and work with developers on clarification of end user issues.

Additional objectives of this position are:

  • Works closely with stakeholders, process managers, and end users to understand the business processes used.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to author and present materials ranging from detailed technical specifications to high-level presentations.
  • A drive to take ownership of reported issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Experience with a global support structure stretching over multiple time zones and cultural differences. 
  • Possess a love for problem solving using excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with an ability to learn quickly.
  • 4+ years of support experience for NetSuite including root cause analysis, end user communications, and resolution management required.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
  • NetSuite Financial User Certification or ERP Consultant Certification highly desired.
  • Experience with integration applications, particularly Boomi, in regards to overall data flow for OTC processes required.
  • Experience with SOX and audit compliance requirements and governance preferred.
  • Experience with Order to Cash (Sales Process), SCM, Procure to Pay (Purchase Process), Saved Searches, Reports, SuiteAnalytics required.
  • Experience with Inventory Management, Forms and Fields Customization, Workflows and CSV Imports required.
  • Experience with Suitescript (1.0, 2,0, 2.1), Suiteanalytics and Web Services required.
  • Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week

The annual base salary range is: $119,000-$179,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
