ElasticSearch Global Digital Marketing team leads paid media channels for various Solutions globally. This role supports the Paid Media team with ongoing campaign operations, reporting requirements and other tasks. This role will report to the Director, Global Paid Media, to ensure successful and detailed execution across all paid media campaigns across all solutions globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Support all channels (SEM, Display, Paid Social and Content Syndication) with ongoing campaigns operations including the following:
  • Work with agency partners to lead, traffic and delivery assets requirements such as keywords, ad copy delivery, paid social workbook
  • Q/A agency work and provide insights into performance
  • For example: “Is the display campaign LIVE in all countries?”, “Did we launch the display remarketing or RLSA and what is the performance?
  • Audit campaigns and identify areas where we need to implement items such as sitelinks, refresh ad copy for longer format, etc.
  • Lead Monday.com or Workfront (project management tools) to ensure projects completion
  • Build reports/pull data for monthly and quarterly GEO presentations.
  • Budget management: Build and maintain campaign budgets to ensure all programs are spending 100% to goal.
  • POC to help push audiences via Intuition to platforms
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams
Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience with a strong quantitative background preferred.
  • Minimum 2 year of search marketing, marketing analytics or digital marketing experience with data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets in order to gain insights and draw conclusions.
  • Detail and productive, and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes.
  • Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail and focus on quality of results; a good teammate who takes accountability and ownership of their own work.
  • Ability to self-manage, balance multiple priorities and pay strong attention to details
  • Strong critical thinking ability and both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and knowledgeable with creating pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
