Apaleo's API-first property management platform empowers accommodation providers to design a technology stack that creates unique digital guest & staff experiences. The Apaleo Store enables integrations to hundreds of apps to streamline operations, enhance the guest journey and maximize revenue.

Apaleo has several web applications with different tech stacks (Angular, React, Vue). The major app is based on Angular + NgRx. It helps our clients to manage their properties as hoteliers. Also, it supports integrations with partner applications as our open APIs do. Not less important are the Console and the Application Store, which enable 3rd party developers to manage their applications, as well as to make, validate & save changes in real time.

Are you up for the challenge? We’re looking for an Angular Technical Lead (f/m/d) who has a flair for building excellent user interfaces to join our team!

What You’ll Be Up To:

• You will turn flat UI/UX designs into functional user interfaces in Angular;
• You will write high-quality, maintainable and modular code and cover it with the unit and e2e tests;
• You will shape the technical roadmap of our APP;
• You will lead the front-end engineering guild and drive consensus on technical decisions;
• You will lead in the architecture planning, bug fixing, and optimization of our APP;
• You will collaborate closely with other team members, product owners, and customer success managers to gather feedback about newly developed features;
• You will actively participate in daily stand-up, PR reviews and retrospectives;
• You will be a part of an exciting, open, and agile team, where your voice matters and has a company-wide impact.

Your Skills:

• You have 7+ years of hands-on experience with front-end development;
• Over 2 years of experience being a Technical leader who owns, facilitates and leads technically complex projects or tech initiatives;
• You have stellar knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, Angular Material, RxJS and NgRx;
• You have excellent skills in HTML and strong Tailwind CSS capabilities with attention to design details;
• You have a great vision of how to write scalable maintainable modular Angular apps;
• You have a great understanding of how good UI/UX should look;
• You know how to utilize REST APIs;
• You have experience with writing unit-test (Jest) and e2e-tests (Cypress);
• You are a self-organized developer, capable of moving forward and guiding others to success;
• Experience with Next.js would be a plus.
