The role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director Lead Acquisition & Customer Journey to lead and execute innovative strategies that drive inbound traffic, leads, customer acquisition, and optimize the customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing principles, including a keen insight into customer journey mapping. With a track record of successful campaign execution, this role requires the ability to not only lead a team effectively but also to ensure a seamless integration of marketing initiatives, from crafting compelling creative messages to optimizing landing pages, thereby creating a cohesive and impactful customer journey.

What you’ll do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing project management team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth
  • Drive the overall Lead Acquisition & Customer Journey Team strategy and set objectives for both inbound and outbound initiatives. 
  • Influence and shape the roadmap of partner teams, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and vision
  • Work closely with product, marketing and other relevant teams to ensure cohesive strategies and maximize impact across all channels
  • Implement data-driven methodologies to optimize lead generation and acquisition with analyzing performance metrics to continually refine strategies and tactics
  • Take ownership of landing page strategies, ensuring they are optimized for conversion rate and user experience executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with customer journey and business objectives
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
  • Manage the development and optimization of landing pages, email campaigns, content offers, and other inbound marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of effective inbound and outbound marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the Directors of Marketing to contribute to the overall marketing strategy and vision of the company
What you’ll bring
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CRM/Customer Relationship Optimization (CRO) with a proven track record in a similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in inbound and outbound marketing strategies
  • Strong ability in using data analytics to drive decision-making and strategy
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong influencing abilities and adept at project management
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
