The Job

As an Associate Director of Partnerships you will have ownership of a holistic HelloFresh partnership strategy for HelloFresh in the Nordics. Working in our Marketing team, you will take a leading role on future business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for leading a team of business development and growth managers to identify high impact partnership opportunities and define large (cross functional) partnership campaigns that will allow us to scale our overall marketing mix, grow our incremental revenue streams and shape our brand in the Nordics.

You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Director of Growth and Marketing Strategy.

What you’ll do
  • Lead and develop a team of business development managers, account managers and growth managers with a strong managerial focus on direction, structure, feedback and coaching
  • Set and drive the partnership agenda for all Nordic markets, in close collaboration with our Global Growth Partnership team, to scale local partner efforts and make a direct impact on our topline
  • Ideate, prioritize, execute and report on strategic partnership initiatives and efforts in close collaboration with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Oversee the creation of compelling business proposals that can be presented to potential partners
  • Manage overall pipeline development and sales forecasting ensuring that proper team structure and processes are in place to achieve targets
  • Manage budgets against growth and ROI targets
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Growth Marketing Management, DTC Consumer Marketing, Management Consulting, Partnership, and / or Sales Management 
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and successfully closing large-scale deals
  • An experienced leader with 4+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of the Nordic affiliate, influencer and partnership landscape
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot) and sales analytics 
  • Experience in working with sales / marketing channels and steering on marketing KPIs
  • A commercial and data driven mindset with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Proven experience and passion for working across functions and with senior stakeholders
  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or similar quantitative discipline
  • Fluency in English. Nordic language capabilities is a plus
