You will…

  • Serve as a Continuous Improvement Associate Manager, Food Safety  across multiple production facilities, including internal and external fulfillment sites
    • Support and maintain a project list of viable opportunities to improve processes and procedures with respect to Food Safety
    • Provide additional support to ongoing SQF site level initiatives
    • Support Food Safety based projects to facility brand growth 
    • Support the standardization of  Food Safety process and procedures across the network 
    • Use structured problem solving and sound process design skills to improve operations as it relates to the product safety
    • Use effective project management and communication techniques to ensure successful change management
    • Drive KPI improvements through a structured approach such as The Pareto Principle, DMAIC, and other Lean/Six Sigma techniques
    • This requires up to 20% travel to be a consistent presence in the required DC.

At a minimum, you have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science or related field
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification, preferred
  • SQL, Tableau, Snowflake or other data management/visualization software experience, preferred
  • Logistics, packaging, or shipping operations experience, preferred
